The Sun in Geometrical Relationship with the Planet Jupiter

In four historical ufo sightings, the Sun and Jupiter were in close astrological aspect. In one case, the Sun and Jupiter were conjunct. In the other three, the Sun and Jupiter were square.
The Conjunction
On March 31, 1999, a triangular shaped ufo apparently decloaked itself and suddenly appeared 100 feet from several witnesses at 9:50 pm in Warkwickshire, England. The Sun at 10 degrees of Aries was conjunct Jupiter at 11 degrees of Aries. (Source of sighting data: MUFON Journal, May 2023, 16.)
The Squares
On January 6, 1976, at 11:15 pm near Hustonville, KY, three women traveling by car witnessed a ufo hovering over their vehicle and casting beams of light downward. Later, the women realized they had sustained  physiological effects and lost time. The Sun at 16 degrees of Capricorn was square Jupiter at 16 degrees of Aries. On July 26, 1994 at 11 pm in Steelton, PA, many witnesses saw a slow-moving triangular craft with two lights on the leading end. The Sun at 4 degrees of Leo was square Jupiter at 6 degrees of Scorpio. (Source of sighting data: David Marler, Triangular UFOs, 162.)
On August 2, 2023, at 10:29 pm in Lafayette, LA, a large black triangular craft and possible opening of a light portal were observed. The Sun at 11 degrees of Leo was square Jupiter at 14 degrees of Taurus. (Source of sighting data: MUFON Journal, September 2023, 6.)
Observations
The conjunction and square of the Sun and Jupiter have been in effect during times of ufo sightings. Of these, a square between the Sun and Jupiter in 1976 was one of the most dramatic, involving evidence of abduction in the form of physiological effects and missing time.
Astrologically, Jupiter as the largest planet in the solar system is associated with the theme of expansion and excessive dimensions. For this reason, Jupiter in astrology is connected with great distances, travel to exotic  locations, voyages, trips, pilgrimages, and journeys to far away lands, especially for spiritual instruction – another of Jupiter’s purviews. Rooted in the Greek mythic figure of Zeus on Mount Olympus, Jupiter is the equivalent figure in Roman or Latinized myth and relates to wisdom from high places.
The interior of an extraterrestrial spacecraft could indeed be an exotic location, metaphorically if not literally at a great distance from the environments to which human are accustomed. Even a momentary visit to such a place might well qualify as a spiritual journey serving to expand the mind beyond all current boundaries of existence, experience, and knowledge. Correspondingly, it was under the influence of Jupiter in 1976 that three Kentucky women were apparently taken traveling far beyond their customary world to a distant place in consciousness, if not in actual space. In this sense, the Sun square Jupiter transiting aspect might portend the potential for a great journey in consciousness.
The Sun and Jupiter interact by conjunction once a year, by square twice a year, and by opposition once a year. Each time, the Sun and Jupiter stay in configuration for several days, but not much more than that. The result is that four times each year for a period of 3 – 4 days each, the Sun and Jupiter interact by conjunction, square, or opposition. Consequently, not more than about 16 days out of 365 represent this particular type of spiritual opportunity. The opposition is not represented in these examples, but it might be extrapolated from the incidents occurring at the conjunction and square that the opposition as a type of hard angle aspect in the 0 – 90 – 180 sequence might also exert a similar influence.
Although a Sun-Jupiter conjunction, square, or opposition is relatively infrequent during the course of a year, these configurations pack a significant punch. These are therefore configurations which are well to watch in the future for their potential to represent a point in time in which a contact with the seemingly distant world of extraterrestrials or inter-dimensionals becomes possible.
